For hygiene, quality assurance, and inventory integrity purposes, Bennouar reserves the right to reject any return that does not fully comply with these requirements.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been worn, tried on, used, washed, altered, damaged, or modified.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Clearance, final sale, liquidation, or closeout items.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products.
- Customized or personalized products.

Any item failing our quality inspection will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
4. RETURN SHIPPING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a mandatory return processing and shipping fee of $9.99 USD.
This fee covers:

The $9.99 fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.

If a customer refuses delivery of an order for reasons not attributable to Bennouar, any resulting shipping, handling, customs, or return expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Submitting a chargeback while simultaneously pursuing a refund request may delay resolution and require additional verification procedures.
